Our Team

We are humbled to be led by a team of women who love Jesus and desire to serve with compassion, wisdom, and integrity.

Jennifer Ukwa

Jennifer is the founder of Children of Grace International and serves as a Director. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Northern California. Jennifer obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration and has 10+ years consulting experience with a focus on human capital and training development. Jennifer thrives in using business to serve others and has a passion to serve mother’s, children, and families in less than ideal situations.

Dr. Roxanne Adeuya

Dr. Roxanne Adeuya obtained both her masters and doctorate degrees in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Purdue University and an undergraduate degree in Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University. Professionally she has always enjoyed motivating others for both academic and professional advancement; but felt God calling her to mentor people in developing a closer relationship with Christ. She feels called to use science, engineering, art, and the study of the scriptures to sculpt young souls toward a practical understanding of what it means to live for Christ. She lives in Northern VA with her husband and two children.

Deon Watson

Deon Watson moved to Alberta, Canada from the island of Jamaica. While in Jamaica she studied art, business and obtained a degree in Visual Communications. After completing her educational pursuits, she proceeded to work with the island’s top universities designing and creating technological tools to help enhance and increase learning. Passionate about designing and creating, this opportunity was a natural fit. However, another key aspect involved training others to use and implement the technologies and this lead to development of her passion to educate.

After teaching and working in the Graphic Design field for an additional four years in Canada, Deon and her husband started Dew Cleaning Services. She also volunteers with Fac Storyline Magazine. When she’s not teaching, designing or exploring entrepreneurial activities ; she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Her mandate, “We serve God as we serve others.”
